Our Staff
Bryan Holder
Pastor Bryan planted The Mill in 2011 and has led our church ever since. He’s married to Crystal, and they’re proud parents of Reese and Brinkley. When he’s not at church, there’s a good chance he’s out fishing or chasing a golf ball.

Jamie Crumpton
Jamie has been part of The Mill since day one and leads our worship and student ministries. He’s head-over-heels in love with his wife, Alison—still the best thing that ever happened to him—and they’re proud parents of Aiken and Joie. When he’s not leading worship or hanging with students, you’ll find him on the golf course, in the gym, or making music.

Bonnie Alexander
Bonnie has kept The Mill running smoothly since 2016 (and we’re not sure what we’d do without her). She’s married to Bobby, and they have three daughters and grandkids. Her happy place? Cruising or camping.

Lauren is our Kids Director and also serves as our ELC Director. Her deep love for children and families helps make the ELC a place where little ones are cared for, encouraged, and pointed to Jesus every day. Lauren is married to her husband, Ryan, and together they have three children: Easton, Deacon, and Raegan.

Larry serves as our Executive Pastor. Larry is married to his wife, Tuesday, and they have three children: Landon, Gracie, and Amelia Belle.
