The Mill Church respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through themillchurch.cc and the tools connected to it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We will never sell your personal information.
When you fill out a form on our site, such as Plan a Visit, prayer requests, Sign Up, or Contact, we collect what you choose to share, like your name, email, phone number, and message. A small group of our church staff and volunteers uses it only to respond to you, follow up on your next step, and care for you well. Prayer requests are shared only with the people who pray for them.
Our connect card is collected through our website's forms, just like our other forms. It asks for your name, phone, email, whether you joined us on campus or online, an optional mailing address, and any prayer requests you'd like to share. We use this only to welcome you, follow up, and pray for you.
If you subscribe to our email list, your email address is stored with Mailchimp so we can send updates and encouragement. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
If you text MILL to (864) 774-9909, your phone number is added to our text group so we can send church updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share your number with anyone outside our church team and the service that sends the messages.
Our sermons, livestream, and church app are provided by Subsplash. When you watch or use the app, Subsplash may collect information under its own privacy policy. If you create an account in the app, that information is managed by Subsplash.
Online gifts are processed securely by our giving provider, SecureGive. We do not store your card or bank details on this website. We keep records of gifts so we can provide giving statements.
Our website is hosted by Webflow, and we or our providers may use cookies or basic analytics to understand how the site is used and keep it working well. This information is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.
You can ask us to update or delete the information you have shared with us at any time. Just reach out, and we will gladly help.
